FEMORAL NECK FRACTURE IN END-STAGE RENAL DISEASE TREATED WITH OSTEOSYNTHESIS
Femoral neck fractures in end stage renal disease patient is unique. General treatment protocol gives unsatisfactory results and a large number of complications have been reported. It is suggested that regardless of patient age, non-displaced fractures should be treated with osteosynthesis, while hemiarthroplasty is a better choice for displaced fractures.
