CLINICAL FEATURES AND MRI CHANGES IN DRUG-NAÏVE NEUROLOGIC WILSON’S DISEASE
Dystonia, dysarthria and tremor are common neurological features of neurologic Wilson’s disease. Abnormalities in MRI of brain are observed in all patients and these abnormalities are positively correlated with disease severity. The diffusion restriction is inversely correlated with the disease duration. MR Spectroscopy is also a sensitive tool for the diagnosis..

A CLINICO-HEMATOLOGICAL APPRAISAL OF AGGRESSIVE PERIODONTITIS
Deducing the results of the study, we can conclude that a definite association between ABO blood groups and HLA phenotypes with periodontal diseases cannot be established.       A SHORT REVIEW OF ASCARIASIS
oldest human helminthiasis due to Ascariasis, although a health-problem in tropics, is not uncommon in other parts. It can involve the hepato-biliary system too. The disease burden can be addressed by mass eradication programme but still is a high cause of mortality, growth retardation and other morbidities. Susceptibility, worm load and other genetic factors are avenues for further research. Conservative treatment....

ELEVATED INTRAVITREAL IL-1BETA AND IL-10 LEVELS IN PDR
In order to determine the roles of IL-1beta and IL-10 in the vitreous of PDR, we measured IL-1beta and IL-10 concentration by ELISA. We found vitreous levels of IL-1beta and IL-10 were upregulated in PDR patients, and these two cytokines play roles in regulating the development and progression of PDR..
