HEMATOLOGIC AND HEPATIC TOXICITIES FOLLOWING MULTIPLE DRUG ADMINISTRATION
Results of the study suggest that animals of group received amiodarone-glibenclamide-captopril-oxcarbazepine combination revealed comparatively more toxic effects than two other combinations. However, more studies on large number of animals and human beings are required to justify the use of multiple drug administration, since trial in man is the only way of establishing drug interactions.
