Distraction osteogenesis has facilitated advancement of the craniofacial skeleton that has enabled the correction of the deficient mid-facial in syndromic craniosynostosis patients as well as lengthening the micrognathic mandible in conditions such as Pierre Robin sequence with associated upper airway obstruction that cannot be otherwise managed without a tracheosomy.

PENILE PRIMARY MELANOMA AND THE TREATMENT IN EARLY STAGES
Penile melanoma affects elderly patients. We studied six patients referred to our Institute. The lesion generally is located on the glans (55%), followed by foreskin (28%), penile shaft (9%) and urethral meatus (8%) (5). Prognosis is generally poor.
