      NEONATAL OUTCOMES WITH ORAL HYPOGLYCAEMIC USE IN WOMEN WITH MODERATE HYPERGLYCAEMIA
Metformin and glibenclamide were compared in women with moderate hyperglycaemia after medical nutritional therapy in a South Indian population. Very low rates of neonatal hypoglycaemia were seen with the use of metformin. Maternal glycaemic control was similar in both groups.
