HYPOTHYROIDISM IN CLINICAL PRACTICE . CASES HOW TO APPROACH TO PATIENTS IN CLINIC

Hypothyroidism is the most common endocrine disease that was seen in the clinical practice especially for family physicians. Methods: This review article covered the important practical clinical issues for managing overt hypothyroidism, subclinical hypothyroidism and hypothyroidism during pregnancy. Conclusions: The clinical issues were addressed by clinical scenario followed by questions and stressed on the important clinical points

El hipotiroidismo es la enfermedad endocrina más común que se observa en la práctica clínica, especialmente para los médicos de familia. Esta crónica contempla los aspectos clínicos prácticos importantes para el abordaje del hipotiroidismo, el hipotiroidismo subclínico y el hipotiroidismo durante el embarazo.
