ESTOMATITIS POR VIRUS HERPES COMO MANIFESTACIÓN DEL SÍNDROME INFLAMATORIO DE RECONSTITUCIÓN INMUNE
Se describe el caso de un paciente VIH positivo con lesiones orales provocadas por el virus del herpes en el contexto del síndrome de reconstitución inmune secundario a la terapia antirretroviral de gran actividad.
