El hidrotórax hepático es la acumulación de líquido pleural en sujetos con cirrosis sin enfermedad primaria pleural o cardíaca. Se relata un caso que se presenta con hidrotórax hepático sin ascitis como primera manifestación clínica de cirrosis.
