USO DE CANULA NASAL DE ALTO FLUJO EN INSUFICIENCIA RESPIRATORIA AGUDA
La cánula nasal de alto flujo (CNAF) es un dispositivo de suministro de oxígeno de uso cada vez más frecuente. Se evaluaron 37 pacientes ingresados a la unidad de terapia intensiva por falla respiratoria aguda hipoxémica. La implementación de CNAF fue electiva en casi el 80% de los casos.
