Textos completos autorizados (TCA).
encontrarán comentarios, entrevistas, notas periodísticas, cartas a
complete quality-full texts which have been recently published in
renowned sources worldwide and are indexed by SIIC Data
Bases.
The increasing number of Open Access articles widens the reading offer
but, also, such myriad complicates the readers search of fundamental
articles. To facilitate this, SIIC biomedical professionals daily
consult a profuse amount of documents that will feed
Authorized Full Texts (TCA, Spanish acronym).
The citations of the AFT section link legally, authorized and free of
charge with the full texts published in the official web sites of
their corresponding sources.
SIIC created, produced and handles the AFT software that deciphers
the various documentary fields that form part of the structure of a
study: specialty, study style, source, publication and selection
dates, source definition, query limitations, summary in Spanish,
etc.
While most of the selected texts belong to original articles,
reviews, and guidelines, readers will also find commentaries,
interviews, journalistic reports, letters to authors or other texts
that may lead to discussions or clarifications.

The study identified both benefits and risks in college
students' use of web-based health information, emphasizing the importance of
critical consciousness and eHealth literacy. Future research should examine how
college students move from self-awareness to actionable change and the
development of critical health literacy, which are essential for effective
digital health engagement.

Summer internship programs can incorporate an academic
enrichment curriculum with small-group peer learning in addition to a
laboratory-based experience to facilitate increased student engagement,
self-efficacy, and a sense of belonging in the research community. Future
research should investigate the impact of academic enrichment curricula and peer
mentoring on the long-term retention of students in biomedical research careers,
particularly retention of students underrepresented in biomedical fields.

The MINDxYOU program was effective in reducing perceived
stress and promoting mental health, as well as increasing resilience, mindfulness
facets, and self-compassion. These effects suggest that participants experienced
a tangible improvement that could potentially enhance their well-being. Adherence
to the intervention was moderate, while program use was notable compared to
similar interventions. Finding ways to promote adherence to the intervention
would contribute to increasing the effectiveness of this program. TRIAL

improvement of SI and SD. This suggests that nonguided ICBT may be effective in
preventing SI and SD from progressing to the full threshold. However, appropriate
definitions of subthreshold symptoms are necessary. In particular, it is
difficult to define SP, and further research that considers the specific factors
of each subthreshold symptom is necessary to accumulate evidence. TRIAL
