COMPORTAMIENTO DEL INDICE DE TEI DURANTE LA HIPERTENSION PULMONAR AGUDA

El índice de Tei ventricular derecho es afectado por el aumento agudo y gradual de la poscarga. La alteración de la función sistólica y diastólica cuantificadas en forma invasiva hace del indice de Tei un indicador de disfunción ventricular derecha durante la hipertensión pulmonar aguda.
