CARACTERIZACION DE CICLOS DE ESTIMULACION OVARICA CON INHIBIDORES DE LA AROMATASA

La estimulación de la ovulación con letrozol, un inhibidor de la aromatasa, se caracteriza por un aumento moderado del número de folículos con niveles de estradiol normales para un ciclo monofolicular, aumento transitorio de los niveles de LH y andrógenos y endometrio ecograficámente normal que morfológicamente demuestra caracteristicas adecuadas para la implantación embrionaria.
