EL ACEITE DE OLIVA VIRGEN PROTEGE LAS LDL FRENTE A LA OXIDACION

El presente trabajo realizado en pacientes con patología vascular periférica demuestra una mejor defensa antioxidante en quienes tomaron dieta rica en aceite de oliva virgen en comparación a un enriquecimiento dietético con aceite de girasol.
