COMPARAÇÃO ENTRE IMRT E 3D-CRT PARA IRRADIAÇÃO DO SISTEMA VENTRICULAR
Embora IMRT esteja associada com aumento das doses de radiação para as áreas periféricas do corpo, a sua utilização pode poupar uma quantidade significativa de tecido normal do sistema nervoso central em comparação com 3D-CRT na irradiação do sistema ventricular.
