ESTUDIO DE LA VASCULARIZACION UTERINA MEDIANTE ANGIOGRAFIA 3D POWER DOPPLER EN LAS MUJERES CON DISMENORREA PRIMARIA

La angiografía 3D power-Doppler (3D PDA) es un método de evaluación útil y objetivo de la vascularización uterina, más concretamente la miometrial, que muestra su aumento, en las mujeres con dismenorrea primaria grave, éste podría corresponderse con estasis venosa intramiometrial.
