PLEURESÍA TUBERCULOSA COMO MANIFESTACIÓN DE RECONSTITUCIÓN INMUNE EN UN PACIENTE CON SIDA

El síndrome inflamatorio de reconstitución inmune (SIRI) es una complicación importante y temprana en respuesta a la implementación de la terapia antirretroviral de gran actividad. Se describe un paciente con sida que presentó pleuresía por M. tuberculosis como manifestación de SIRI, luego de 2 meses del inicio de la terapia antirretroviral.
