Este estudio fue llevado a cabo en cerdos clínicamente enfermos y la administración del fármaco fue realizada bajo condiciones habituales de uso en el sistema productivo (ad libitum)

INFLUENCIA DE UNA ENFERMEDAD RESPIRATORIA EN LA FARMACOCINÉTICA DE AMOXICILINA EN CERDOS

Las propiedades farmacocinéticas y la disposición de amoxicilina en los tejidos del aparato respiratorio puede ser influenciada por el estado de enfermedad o por factores relacionados tales como cambios en el tránsito gastrointestinal. Estas variaciones en el comportamiento farmacocinético deberían ser consideradas para la selección de un régimen de dosificación óptimo que garantice la eficacia terapéutica.
