O TRABALHO APRESENTA UMA NOVA POSSIBILIDADE EM TERMOS DE PROMOVER RECUPERAÇÃO DA GLICEMIA

ADMINISTRAÇÃO DE GLICEROL, PIRUVATO OU LACTATO PROMOVENDO RECUPERAÇÃO DA GLICEMIA

Além do tratamento convencional da hipoglicemia empregando glucose ou glucagon. Este estudo abre a perspectiva de estudos clínicos empregando precursores hepáticos de glicose (glicerol, piruvato e lactato) como nova alternativa em promover a recuperação da glicemia durante a hipoglicemia induzida por insulina.
