El trabajo contribuye a analizar la necesidad de dilatación pupilar en el cribado de retinopatia diabetica

EVALUACIÓN DE ESTRATEGIAS (CON O SIN DILATACION ) PARA EL CRIBADO DE RETINOPATIA DIABETICA

El cribado de retinopatía diabética con cámara no midriática se puede realizar de forma eficaz analizando un solo campo retiniano pero precisa dilatación pupilar con tropicamida 0.5%. De no dilatar un 18% de las imágenes no son válidas.
