Vitreous Hemorrhage after Vitrectomy with IVB for PDR
EARLY VITREOUS HEMORRHAGE AFTER VITRECTOMY WITH PREOPERATIVE IVB FOR PDR

We compared the surgical outcomes of vitrectomy with versus without preoperative intravitreal bevacizumab (IVB) for the repair of proliferative diabetic retinopathy. The results showed the comparable visual outcomes in the both groups although the incidence of early postoperative vitreous hemorrhage was significantly higher in the cases with IVB.
