Cambios en la actividad de diversas vías de transducción de señales producidas por concentraciones muy bajas del herbicida paraquat

EFECTOS DE BAJAS CONCENTRACIONES DE PARAQUAT SOBRE PKB, ERK Y JNK EN LAS NEURONAS

La exposición a bajas dosis de paraquat activa de una manera temprana las vías PKB, ERK y JNK. La inhibición de ésta última proteje las neuronas de los efectos tóxicos del paraquat.
