CIRUGIA CORONARIA ARTERIAL SIN CIRCULACION EXTRACORPOREA
Con el desarrollo de los estabilizadores epicárdicos y tras un período de aprendizaje, la revascularización miocárdica con doble mamaria sin CEC es una técnica segura y reproducible, que posibilita una reducción de la morbimortalidad quirúrgica.
