PROTEINAS TELOMERICAS EM PROTOZOARIOS DO GENERO LEISHMANIA

Neste trabalho mostramos a identificaçao e caracterizaçao de tres proteinas telomericas de Leishmania amazonensis alem da presença de atividade de telomerase em extratos do parasita. Para isso utilizou-se ensaios cromatográficos, ensaios de interação proteína-DNA, testes de extensao de sequencias telomericas e espectrometria de massa.
