SENSIBLIDIDAD IN VITRO DE MDR-TB A AGENTES ANTIMICROBIANOS EMPLEANDO UN MICROMETODO COLORIMETRICO (M-MTT)

El ensayo M-MTT podría ser utilizado en laboratorios clínicos como alternativa simple, rápida y económica para evaluar la sensibilidad de aislamientos MDR-TB a varias drogas alternativas y de segunda línea, a fin de que los resultados obtenidos sean utilizados para orientar futuras conductas terapéuticas.
