OVULATION INDUCTION DRUG IN INFERTILE PCOS WOMEN: A PROSPECTIVE RANDOMIZED TRIAL Clomiphene citrate is an excellent, time tested drug for ovulation induction in infertile PCOS women. However, letrozole is showing promise as a better or at-par drug for the purpose. Our study shows a three fold higher pregnancy rate , and a very high mono follicular rate with letrozole when compared to clomiphene citrate.
