David Segal describes for SIIC the most significant aspects of his article describe para SIIC los aspectos relevantes de su artículo Delay in diagnosis of primary intradural spinal cord tumors in israel Delay In Diagnosis of Primary Intradural Spinal Cord Tumors in Israel The incidence of delay in diagnosis of primary intra-dural spinal cord tumors in Israel is very high. We found that a combination of factors led to this phenomenon, which reflects unawareness to obvious signs and symptoms related to cord compression, and to the importance of efficient workup and treatment. Consequently, many patients suffered significant deterioration, and irreversible handicap due to longstanding and progressive cord compression.
