Piccinni Giuseppe describes for SIIC the most significant aspects of his article describe para SIIC los aspectos relevantes de su artículo A useful and reliable laparoscopic approach to difficult appendectomy THE BASE-FIRST TECHNIQUE IN LAPAROSCOPIC APPENDECTOMY Appendectomy is one of the most frequent surgical procedure performed. We propose our laparoscopic procedure approaching, firstly, the appendiceal base by using a linear stapler to resect the viscus. Then mesoappendix is resected. This technique seems to be simpler and safe also in complicated appendicitis. The article was published by El artículo fue publicado por

Semm K. Endoscopic appendectomy.
