CLUSTER DE LAS APOLIPOPROTEINAS AI-CIII-AIV Y RELACIÓN HIPERURICEMIA-HIPERTRIGLICERIDEMIA

La alta prevalencia de mutaciones en el cluster de las apolipoproteinas AI-CIII-AIV en pacientes gotosos, contribuye a explicar al fenotipo lipoproteico que presentan estos pacientes, y esta contribución es conjunta, influyendo más los sitios polimorficos del gen de la apolipoproteína AI que el del gen de la apolipoproteína CIII.
