La resonancia magnética puede distinguir la disfunción sistólica del ventrículo izquierdo relacionada o no con enfermedad coronaria subyacente
DIAGNÓSTICO DE ENFERMEDAD CORONARIA EN PACIENTES CON INSUFICIENCIA CARDÍACA POR RESONANCIA MAGNÉTICA CON REALCE TARDÍO DE GADOLINIO
En los pacientes con insuficiencia cardiaca y disfunción sistólica del ventrículo izquierdo de etiología incierta la resonancia magnética cardiovascular con realce tardío de gadolinio es una excelente herramienta para la clasificación de los pacientes en base a la presencia o ausencia de enfermedad coronaria obstructiva subyacente y puede ofrecer una alternativa válida a la coronariografía para la detección de enfermedad coronaria.
