NUTRIÇÃO CLÍNICA EM PORTUGAL: QUAL A REALIDADE PRÁTICA

Objectivos: 1) Avaliar a realidade da prática corrente da nutrição clínica em hospitais e centros de saúde comunitários em Portugal; 2) Identificar instituições sensibilizadas para a necessidade de educação e receptivas para treino especializado em nutrição. conclusões: 1) A prática da nutrição clínica é maioritariamente unidisciplinar/uniprofissional; 2) Nas instituições de saúde, é conceptualmente errada a composição dos grupos de nutrição multiprofissionais, com deficiente integração e subutilização; 3) Iniciativas que promovam a educação e treino especializado em nutrição são consideradas essenciais.
